In an Exclusive interview with George Maringa on TV47’s Power And Politics, Wamuchomba shared the Mount Kenya region was too expectant.

Her sentiments come after a mirage of events has been witnessed in the Mount Kenya political sphere.

According to Wamuchomba, Mount Kenya was living in a daze as it expected a level of consideration for its votes.

Mlima (Mount Kenya) expectations

The Mountain expected to get pampered” shared MP Wamuchomba to George Maringa during her exclusive.

She went on to share that, Mount Kenya expected more value for her votes because it had voted for someone outside the Mount Kenya region for the top job.

The Mountain expected to get pampered because we gave out our votes to somebody who was out of our box” MP Wamuchomba stated.

Additionally, Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamuchomba went on to describe the Mount Kenya region as a bride.

Furthermore, she shared that as a bride Mount Kenya region wanted to be pampered and enticed with gifts for their votes.

Has Mount Kenya been sidelined?

Wamuchomba shared that, after the “wedding period” things changed for the Mount Kenya region.

According to Wamuchomba, the Mlima region did not expect to give its votes and not be at the center of key events in the country.

However, in a twist of thinking, Wamuchomba shared that she saw the shift and the turn of the discourse coming.

The Mountain is that bride you must have money to pamper for you to sustain in the relationship” shared Wamuchomba.

The Mountain is that very expensive bride that you married. She has to do her nails, has to do her expensive weave whether you have the money or not.” Wamuchomba reiterated.

However, Wamuchomba did come clear stating that the Mountain region would unite despite the rampant infighting.
