Morara: Religion has been weaponized to keep people stupid

Political content creator Morara Kebaso has called out politicians for using religion to keep people stupid.

In his recent exclusive interview on TV47 he came out charging at how religion was being used to keep people from questioning governance.

He went on to share that religion is used to keep citizens docile and accepting of how things are.

“It is all about the weaponization of religion to keep populations stupid” Stated Morara.

Additionally, “They use religion as a way of keeping people subservient to their own interest so that they keep looting from the people.” stated Morara.

According to the political content creator, religion had been co-opted into a tool which those in power use to control unknowing citizens.

Morara: Are Leaders are not chosen by God?

According to Morara’s interview on Dr. Ofweneke Tonight, he stated that leaders in the country use religion to trick people to think that they are chosen by God.

From this point, leaders ensure that their actions while in power cannot be questioned by using religion to make people think they are chosen by God.

Morara went on to highlight how this presumption contradicts God’s word and purpose for his people.

Consequently he went ahead to share how the country’s wealth was sold to the highest bidder with none left for the people.

Is God good then?

Our God is good.” shared Morara as he quoted verses from the Bible sharing that indeed God had more than provided for kenyans.

Among the Bible verses the content creator quoted was Matthew 6:26-27 which speaks on the providence of God’s love to people.

“The birds of the air neither reap nor sow, but I the Lord your God provide for them, what more can I do for you my children?” quoted Morara.

Additionally, the content creator stated that it was never in God’s plan to put people on earth to be poor.

“God did not put us on earth to be poor, in fact, the first blessing that God gave us was that we should flourish on this earth and multiply,” he stated.
