The Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management cabinet secretary (CS) Moses Kuria has been moved to an office that was being used by chief cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi at the Kenya Railways headquarters.
At the same time, Mudavadi who is serving as chief cabinet secretary and CS for Foreign Affairs has been moved to Old Treasury Building in the changes announced by the government.
“In accordance with the presidential action on the reorganization of the government of Kenya, we hereby notify that the physical addresses for Ministries and State Departments have been designated as follows,” head of public service Felix Koskei noted in a press statement released on October 11.
Koskei also explained that all Ministries and State Departments were expected to comply with the changes.

“All Ministries and State Departments are directed to take note of their designated head office as well as the other ministerial head offices, and to thereafter make the requisite arrangements to secure compliance,” noted Koskei.
He added that locating all Ministerial head offices within government square seeks to foster synergy in the implementation of the bottom-up economic agenda.
The changes in office locations for Ministries and State Departments comes a few days after President William Ruto reshuffled his cabinet in a move he said would enhance service delivery.
