Mr Seed sends stern warning to Bahati, Willy Pozee amid beef

Musician Mr Seed (real name Moses Omondi) has chimed in on beef between long time rivals Bahati and Willy Paul.

Willy Paul, alias Willy Pozee, was recently put behind bars over assault allegations against Bahati’s wife Diana Marua.

Speaking in a local interview, Mr Seed expressed disappointment over how the issue, which broke out last year, has now escalated.

The ‘Dawa ya Baridi’ hitmaker hoped that the two would have a sit down and resolve their issues among themselves instead of involving the State.

“Jela imetengenzewa wanaume. Tumelala ndani. Before mtujue mimi kwanza, aie. Nimelala Kiambu, huku penye alipelekwa. Nimelala Korogocho, nimelala Huruma, so it’s part of life. So labda turn yake ilikuwa imeandikwa, ata pitia io.”

(The prison is made up of men. Before I was famous I slept in Kiambu, where he was taken, in Korogocho, in Huruma, so it was part of life. So maybe his turn was written, he’ll go through that0,” Mr Seed opined.

He sympathized with Willy Pozee, who has had it rough for the past few weeks. Mr Seed hopes that the two artists will resolve their differences amicably.

“I was at the carwash when Bahati called me, we had a conversation. It’s something we have ever spoken about, But where this has reached, personally hata kama tunakosana, singependa kuona tukienda hiyo njia . So if there is any resolution, they should sort it away from the law. This would be best. I don’t think that beef would have gone the way it did,” Mr Seed added.

He did not mince his words when he sent out a word of advice to the two, urging them to keep their partners away from their issues.

“Another problem with this situation is where tukianza kuingiza mabibi kwa mashughuli zetu, mavita vita, mahn inakuanga messy.

(Another problem with this situation is where we involve our wives in our business, our fights, things get messy)” Mr Seed added.
