Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has confirmed his love relationship with Edo State lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru amidst ongoing divorce rumors with his wife, Annie Idibia. 

Speculation surrounding their love affair intensified after 2Baba was seen at the Edo State Assembly and a video surfaced, showing the duo at a  club in Lagos.

Addressing the rumours, 2Baba took to Instagram on Tuesday to clarify that Natasha is not responsible for his marital issues and expressed his love for her.

In the video, 2Baba defended Natasha against accusations of being a homewrecker.

“I love Natasha, she is young, brilliant, and I want to marry her. She is not a home breaker, she has nothing to do with what is going on between me and Annie, na me talk am,” he stated.

Meanwhile, 2Baba and Annie Macaulay Idibia have faced public scrutiny over their marriage, with multiple reports of turbulence.

Over the years, Annie has been vocal about her struggles in the marriage, as she accused her husband of infidelity.

Although neither 2Baba nor Annie has officially confirmed a divorce, the singer’s latest revelation about Natasha adds a new twist to their ongoing saga.

However, fans and followers have been divided over the news, with some supporting 2Baba’s decision and others criticizing him for moving on so publicly. 

Natasha’s political background and her new association with the singer have also sparked discussions on social media.
