Nairobi Safaricom shops to be closed

Telecommunications service provider Safaricom has announced that all its shops in Nairobi excluding the ones at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport will remain closed on Friday.

Safaricom has however not mentioned the reason for the closer but has assured customers that normal services will resume on Saturday, October 7 2023.

“Kindly note that all shops in Nairobi excluding JKIA will remain closed on Friday. Normal services will resume on Saturday,” the statement read in part.

“For further assistance ask Zuri, call customer care, or visit your nearest Safaricom dealer.”

The telecommunication company further apologized for any inconvenience caused by the move.

At the telecommunications giants’ outlets, customer care services, sim replacements, sim swaps, bill payments, line registration, phones & accessories and data provision are among other services offered.
