Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has condemned the heinous act and is looking for a woman who was beaten by her employer revealed in a viral video.

She took to Facebook and shared a post with a caption, “This behavior is utterly appalling and completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no justification for any employer to resort to physical assault against their employee.”

The emergence of CCTV footage capturing a businessman brutally assaulting a female employee has sparked widespread public outrage.

The disturbing video has ignited calls for justice and raised serious concerns regarding the safety and well-being of employees in the workplace.

The assailant in the footage has been identified as Robert Mathenge Kariithi, the proprietor of the establishment.

The shocking incident, which occurred at a boutique in Kawangware, has deeply disturbed Kenyans.

The distressing footage has prompted widespread condemnation and demands for accountability across various social media platforms.

Robert Mathenge Kariithi, who owns Fancy Buys in Kawangware Seniors Park, was identified as the alleged assailant.

The video depicts a troubling scene unfolding within the business premises, where Kariithi is seen physically assaulting the female employee.

However, crucial details surrounding the incident remain unclear, as the CCTV footage fails to provide context regarding the events leading up to the assault.

In the footage, Kariithi can be observed shouting at the female employee while subjecting her to a barrage of physical abuse, including slaps and kicks.

Despite the victim’s attempts to defend herself, she is unable to escape the aggression, eventually seeking refuge behind a clothes stand, only to be forcibly pushed against it by the aggressor.
