Two tourists headed for Maasai Mara involved in a plane crash
The Peruvian and French nationals and their Kenyan pilot escaped unhurt in the Saturday afternoon incident
Two tourists and their pilot escaped unhurt when a light aircraft they were travelling in crashed in Njoro, Nakuru County.
Joshua Kwam, 27, and his two passengers - a 28-year-old Peru national and his French partner, 29, walked from the scene unscathed.
Nakuru County Police Commander Peter Mwanzo says the trio was flying from Nakuru to Maasai Mara at the time of the Saturday afternoon incident.
"The plane crash-landed at Koibyot village near Likia in Mauche. The two passengers and a pilot are all safe with no injuries," Mwanzo is quoted by a local media outlet as saying.
