Mystery surrounds the discovery of the lifeless body of a man believed to be a Chinese national at an apartment in Lavington, Nairobi.

Yang Changgui's body was found at a house in Sunshine Court, Valley Arcade on Wednesday evening. "The deceased had a visible mark of surgery scar at the pelvis but no other visible injuries,” says a police report seen by TV47 Digital. “Some medicines were also recovered at the scene.”

Upon conducting a search of the house, Police combed the house and discovered several game trophies. They include 65 pieces of lion teeth, 160 pieces of lion claws, 78 pieces of ivory, and two pieces of rhino horns.

Changgui's death was reported at Muthangari Police Station by one Hoang Thi Diu, also a Chinese national.

Police moved the body to Chiromo mortuary for autopsy as investigations into the personal details of the deceased commenced.
