One dead as two trucks burst into flames in Machakos

One person has been confirmed dead following a grisly road accident involving two trucks in Machakos on Thursday evening. 

The two trucks collided, sparking an inferno. The victim who was in one of the trucks was burned beyond recognition. 

Machakos sub-County police commander Moss Ndhiwa told TV47 Digital that the trucks were a 40-feet long haul trailer and a Canter 

Police and members of the public rushed to the scene and attempted to put out the fire.
