Itumbi, Njagua, Sossion expected at Harambee House as interviews for CAS positions begin

Interviews for those shortlisted for the Chief Administrative Secretaries (CAS) positions begin today, Wednesday March 1.

Among notable figures expected to appear include; Dennis Itumbi (Digital Strategist), Charles Njagua Kanyi (former Starehe MP), Isaac Mwaura (former nominated MP), Thomas Letangule (former IEBC Commissioner) and Wilson Sossion (former KNUT Sec Gen).
On February 21, PSC released a list of 224 shortlisted candidates for the 22 CAS positions.
The list is dominated by politicians, some of whom vied and lost in the just concluded August 9 2022 General Election.
The following day, the commission made amends to the list, increasing the total number of candidates to 240.
Notable additions included; Former Mumias East MP Benjamin Washiali, Nandi gubernatorial aspirant Allan Kosgey and former Baringo County Speaker Kiplagat David Korir.
A total of 5,183 Kenyans applied for the positions, with PSC shortlisting only 240 now.
