Xtian Dela: "I have tried to kill myself two times."

Once-famous blogger Xtian Dela [real name Arthur Mandela Nyongesa] now says he has previously attempted to take his own life on two occasions. 

The revelation comes as a woman said to be her mother aired dirty linen in public with claims that Dela hasn't spoken to her in four years.   

The claims stirred a social media furore, with Dela's name in the whirlwind of acerbic comments.  

 "I have tried to kill myself two times. 16 years on Social Media, I never thought it would consume my Mental Health," wept Dela. "Kenya has the worst social media bullies on earth."  

The 'bullies' went hammer and tongs at him. 

"It’s always 'fun' until someone like Xtian Dela actually kills themselves!" he added.

In her claims of 'negligence', his mother -a Bishop Naomi- said: "Mahali ako ajue mamake anamtaka, kukaa miaka minne bila kuona mtoto wangu si rahisi, ninamwaambia mahali ako mamake anampenda, baba alikufa, sina mwengine. (Wherever he is he should know that his mother wants him. Not seeing my son for four years hasn't been easy. Wherever he is, he should know that his mother loves him). 

Responding to the allegations, Xtian hinted that the cause of their fallout was toxicity.

On his social media platforms, he re-shared an article listing manipulation, enmeshment, neglect, blame-shifting, gaslighting, constant criticism, and lack of boundaries as signs of toxic parenting.
