They include; Dr Pamela Olet (chairperson), Grace Senewa, Eva Muhia, Elizabeth Wathuti, Carlota Dal Lago, Elijah Biama, Ferdinand Waititu and Duncan Ojwang.
However, Waititu's appointment was suspended by High Court following a law suit by the Law Society of Kenya and Transparency International.
He was also visibly absent during the inauguration of the commission in Korogocho, Nairobi on February 22.
Speculations are now rife as to whether politician Miguna Miguna is set to take up Waititu's position after meeting the team on Thursday, May 4.
"The Nairobi Water Basin’s vision is to transform the Basin into a socio-economic, cultural and trade enterprise that harmonizes nature (environment) and climate resilience for the well-being of residents beyond beyond 2050," Miguna explained.
He later posed for a photo with the commissioners with a caption reading, "Thanks, the Nairobi Rivers Commission, for the warm welcome."

Below his post were congratulatory messages from a section of online users who also asked about Waititu's fate.
"Where is Waititu himuselfu?" one Zablon Njoroge posed.
"Do your job and do it professionally," another user, Muwa, opined.
'Congratulations!" Andrew Tallam said.
