"I used KSh10,000 to produce viral song" - Trending Naivasha Gengetone rapper Ngesh

The viral Gengetone artist Mary Njeri, popularly known as Ngesh Wavasha, has revealed that she was helped by friends to produce the now famous hit that is viral.

"Nilisaidiwa na mbogi ya Spider Clan kuproduce hiyo ngoma.The cost of producing the music was about KSh10,000," Ngesh said on Dr. Ofweneke Tonight show on Wednesday, May 24.

The 22-year-old upcoming artist rose to social media fame on May 23 when her Gengetone hilarious lyrics went viral on TikTok. In the viral video, Ngesh was rocking in a hoodie, and her afro hair which was neatly combed.

The internet sensation received a warm welcome and amazing deals from Kenyans who were amazed by her art and confidence. Kenyan businessman Kiddo gifted her KSh20,000 and offered to sponsor her next project.

Having already collaborated with the Spider Clan music group, Ngesh revealed that she can work on a collaboration with Ssaru and Reckless in the future if everything goes well.
