Motorists have been called upon by The National Transport and Safety Authority NTSA to update their e-citizen credentials before December 29th.
This is the authority’s plan to shut down the Transport Integrated Management System (TIMS)for three days starting December 29th at Midnight until January 1 at midnight 2024.
NTSA says that the shutdown is meant to facilitate the smooth transition of all its services to the e-Citizen platform.
The authority has stated that as of January 2nd only e-Citizen login credentials, that is username and password, will be used to access NTSA service.
“From January 2, 2024, only eCitizen login credentials shall be used to access NTSA services,”

“All clients with pending transactions on the TIMS platform are therefore required to complete their applications by Friday 15th December 2023 to avoid any inconveniences.”
