The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) now says that preliminary investigations have revealed the incident was caused by lane indiscipline and dangerous overtaking on the part of the bus driver.

This, NTSA says, led to the collision of the two vehicles. The driver of the bus is currently at large, and all efforts are ongoing to apprehend him.
