Why I chose a day school

Okanga said that the reason he decided to join a day school was to enable him cope with family responsibilities as well.

”Na marafiki zangu mniombee kwa sababu hii safari si mchezo,” Okanga said.

He also asked Raila Odinga to support him in paying school fees for his education.

Why Nuru Okanga dropped out of school

Okanga recently revealed circumstances that led to him dropping out of school over two decades ago.

”I dropped out in class three. My father died when I was very young, and he had married many wives. We were many children, and my mother could not manage to educate us and provide food at the same time,” said the 32-year-old.
