Nyako, a Content Creator on Tiktok during a TikToklive session with content creator Obidan Dela, made a startling announcement.
She revealed her intent to take legal action against Brian Chira, citing defamation as the reason for her decision.
This revelation came after a video was shared on September 24, in which Nyako explained her motivations and laid out her grievances against Chira.
Nyako’s decision to pursue legal action stemmed from a series of online insults and attacks by Chira. She emphasized that she possessed substantial evidence in the form of videos that supported her claims.
This evidence was crucial in Nyako’s determination to address the issue through legal means.
Drawing a parallel to a similar situation involving Azziad, Nyako expressed her intention to follow Azziad’s example by taking Chira to court.
Azziad had previously taken legal action against Chira in response to accusations of defamation, and Nyako believed that a similar approach was necessary in her case.
In her own words, Nyako said, “Hivi vile anaendelea, huyu kijana ashanitusi online mara kadhaa na videos ziko. To stop this, I have to go the Azziad way. Huyu kijana amenizoea” (Considering how he continues to insult me online repeatedly, and there’s video evidence, I have to take the same route as Azziad. This guy is used to me).
During the live session, Obidan attempted to mediate and urged Nyako to show mercy and forgiveness toward Chira. He sought a peaceful resolution to the conflict, but his pleas seemed to have little effect on Nyako’s determination.
She also mentioned that Chira had accused her of using him, despite her support when Azziad filed a lawsuit against him. This accusation further fueled her decision to take legal action.
As the conversation unfolded during the TikTok live session, some viewers suggested that Nyako address Obidan directly since he was the one who had initially discussed the matter involving Chira during the session.

In response, Obidan acknowledged that he had indeed permitted Nyako to assist Chira and had even expressed gratitude to her afterward.
However, he expressed disappointment at Chira’s subsequent disrespectful behavior towards Nyako.
The situation remains fluid, with Nyako resolute in her decision to pursue legal action against Chira, while Obidan and others attempt to navigate the complexities of the conflict and seek resolution.
