Nyandarua Senator John Methu has warned women against sending him suggestive messages on his social media pages.
In a hilarious post on Monday, Senator Methu said such messages would get him into trouble with his wife.
“Please don’t write funny messages in my inbox. Her excellency does routine patrols and you sometimes make me look bad,” he explained.
The post attracted amusing reactions, with some terming him as ‘the Kibaki of our time’.
“This gender though, even President Kibaki invited a press to announce that he had only one wife,” Adison Langat chuckled.
Another netizen identified as Charles Maina said, ” Tell her Excellency that a mobile phone should remain a private gadget.”
“You are subjected to public scrutiny. Don’t complain,” Cosmas Wanyonyi added.
