Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has been ranked top among the best performing Members of Parliament in Mt Kenya region, according to a poll done by Kenyatrack in the month of September to November 20th 2024.
Nyoro has been ranked top on impactful projects that has transformed his constituency, among them the upgrading of education infrastructure, roads network etc.
His counterpart from Mathira in Nyeri County, Eric Wamumbi, comes second with projects like renovation of classrooms, balanced and transparent issuance of bursaries.
Coming third is Kinangop MP Kwenya Thuku, while Dancan Mathenge of Nyeri Town comes forth. Lari’s Mburu Kahangara sums up the top five most performing MPs in Mt Kenya region.
Others mentioned in the list are MPs Kimani Ichungwa, Joseph Munyoro, Geoffrey Ruku, Gathoni Wamuchomba and Edwin Mugo.
Telephonic interviews were conducted and field research to the concerned constituency.
