Popular media personality and comedian Oga Obinna caused a stir on Friday, April 25 after abruptly walking out of a live interview on Radio 47, leaving fans and listeners in shock.
The unexpected walkout occurred during the Baze 47 show hosted by Manucho the Young Baller. Obinna, who had up to that point been engaging freely and humorously, changed demeanor when asked about his ongoing feud with fellow comedian Mulamwah.
“I told you I don’t want to talk about that,” Obinna warned, his tone sharp as he addressed Manucho.
When Manucho pressed on with a follow-up question regarding the matter, Obinna didn’t hesitate. He called on his bodyguard, Munez, instructing him to prepare for their exit.
“Let’s go,” he said firmly, standing up and walking out of the studio, cutting the interview short.
The visibly stunned host was left momentarily speechless, bringing the show to an abrupt end.
Listeners flooded social media with reactions, many expressing surprise at the comedian’s response. Some defended his decision, while others criticized the storm-off as unprofessional.
Neither Obinna nor Mulamwah has issued an official statement since the incident.
As tension continues to brew in Kenya’s comedy scene, all eyes are now on what might unfold next between the two entertainers.
