Her words, however, took a sharp turn as she bluntly criticized women for their role in unhappy marriages.

In her viral address, the Kalenjin preacher didn’t mince words.

She squarely placed the blame on women, chastising them for not dressing attractively.

According to her, this lack of allure was a key factor contributing to the discontent in marriages.

With conviction, Salina Jelimo asserted that healthy marriages should embrace both highs and lows, emphasizing the importance of maintaining personal hygiene.

She didn’t shy away from expressing her dissatisfaction with women who, in her view, failed to uphold these principles.

Directly and candidly, she called out women for their choice of attire.

Asserting that their lack of effort in looking good was responsible for men’s unhappiness in matrimony.

“Ukienda sherehe umeng’ara (When you go to a party, you look good).

Ukirudi (When you return) home, you remove the nice clothes and wear not-so-attractive clothes with a stocking wrapped around your head,” she declared.

Continuing her sermon, the preacher emphasized the need for women to dress well consistently.

Whether attending events or staying at home.

She urged them to consider the impression they create when their spouses come home, using vivid imagery to drive her point home.

The preacher highlighted the contrast between women’s appearances at social gatherings and their neglect of personal presentation at home.
