One security guard has been arrested in connection to the Thursday night fire incident that has so far left three people dead and nearly 300 injured in Embakasi.
The guard is said to be the person in charge of looking after the premises, at the time of the tragic accident.
According to reports the DCI has yet to state the charges preferred against the watchman whose identity is still unknown.
