Public service CS Moses kuria exposed for photoshopping Kenya’s GDP growth on X

Public service, Performance and Delivery Management. cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria’s statement that “Figures Do not Lie. It is Lairs who figure” has proven that indeed It is Lairs who figure, this comes after a post on X formerly twitter exposed the outspoken Cabinet Secretary for photoshopping Kenya economic growth.

According to a verified page on X, CS Kuria lied that Kenya’s GDP growth was at 5.9% above China at 5% and below India who are at 6.3% GDP growth.

On 30th December the World of Statistic page had posted the statistics of GDP growth in various countries in the year ended 2023, and only two African countries were on the list Nigeria and South Africa.

On the original list Kenya does not appear at all here is the full list:

National Treasury predicted that the GDP growth will be by 6.1%. However, according to Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro, Kenya’s economy has only grown by 5.9% and is one of the 27 fastest-growing economies in the world.

Kenyans on the other hand do not feel the impact of these figures , many feel that they are being over burdened by the many taxes by the Kenya kwanza administration.
