Raila,Uhuru display camaraderie amidst Azimio fallout claims

National NewsNews

On Monday Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister and Azimio principal Raila Odinga met in Kiambu amidst growing concerns of a weakening opposition outfit.

The meeting the gave the optics of strong Azimio coalition with both principals Uhuru Kenyatta the Chairman and Raila Odinga the coalition leader both even wearing the same design of shirts.

Pauline Njoroge who has been Uhuru Kenyatta’s die hard shared a photo of the two leaders alongside Jubilee party leaders from Kiambu hours after Odinga had attended a wedding ceremony in the county.

“H.E Uhuru Kenyatta and Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga meeting Jubilee leaders from Kiambu County, and other party leaders this evening.” Captioned Pauline Njoroge on X (formerly Twitter)

However Azimio co-principal’s Kalonzo Musyoka and Narc-Kenya’s Martha Karua were absent.

Karua has been on the rampage differing with Kalonzo and Odinga on the National Dialogue Committee report present by Kimani Ichungwa and Kalonzo Musyoka stating that the report does not touch on issues affecting Kenyans.

Odinga and Kalonzo on the other had began rallying opposition MPs to endorse the report terming it as a good start.

Azimio seems to have division’s in it especially since the rise of Kamwene a unity of Mount Kenya leaders in Azimio.

Ngunyi insists the Raila Uhuru Bromance is the biggest political con in the country’s history.

“Azimio is DEAD. It was the BIG CON of our political history. Raila should FOCUS on ODM because Jubilee is also DEAD. This is what he should tell Uhuru: “..Nothing Personal, JUST business”. Uhuru and Kikuyus are just MISUSING Babaman. FACT.” stated Ngunyi on X.
