Rick Ross hit with Ksh27.1 million demand from baby Mama for adult son’s support

Celebrated rapper Rick Ross and his ex, Tia Kemp, are locked in a heated dispute.

The latest conflict centres around Kemp’s demand that Ross pay their son’s college tuition, totalling $200,000.

Ross and Kemp’s son, William Roberts III, recently graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Despite their son being 18 and Ross celebrating the completion of his child support payments, Kemp expects Ross to continue supporting their son’s education.

Recently a video from Tia Kemp’s latest TikTok Live session surfaced online.

In the video, the Aunt-Tea Podcast cohost displays a paper showing the amount owed for their son’s college tuition.

Pointing at the highlighted figure of $209,931.58, Tia asks William to call Rick Ross to discuss the bill.

“I’m not playing a game here. I want you to call your father right now and send him the screenshot that appears there.

Tell him that’s what I need in my bank account. I need a quarter of a million dollars,” Tia Kemp demanded.

Last month, Rick Ross responded to Kemp’s demands with a post on his Instagram story. He posed a rhetorical question to his fans,

“Which thing would you rather celebrate? Father’s Day or your last day paying child support?

Or what if your last day to pay child care fees fell on Father’s Day?” while standing beside his private jet.

This public exchange has drawn mixed reactions from fans and followers.

Some supported Kemp’s demand for educational support, arguing that a parent’s responsibility doesn’t end at 18, especially for significant milestones like college.

Others sided with Ross, believing that his financial obligations ended with the completion of child support payments.

The rappe known for his extravagant lifestyle and successful career, finds himself under scrutiny as he balances personal milestones with ongoing family responsibilities.

Despite the public dispute, the focus remains on William Roberts III’s future. As a recent high school graduate, he stands at the threshold of a new chapter in his life.
