Kenyan gospel artist Ringtone has claimed that he texts Hollywood actor Lupita Nyong’o but she ignores his messages.
In a tell-it-all interview at Radio47, he shared the fond memories he has of Lupita Nyong’.o from back in the day.
The gospel artist revealed that he used to spend time with the now Hollywood actress while she was an actor on MTV: Shuga series.
His ‘crush’ on Lupita
Ringtone revealed that he and Lupita used to talk when she was a stage actor in Kenya before moving to America.
However, the Ringstone says that these days she does not respond to his messages prompting him to plan on moving closer to her.
In his words, he says that his dream is to buy a house in Hollywood at the great Beverly Hills.
He shared that his ultimate goal of moving to Hollywood would be to try his hand at featuring in a blockbuster of his own.

Ringtone and Sugar Mummies
In an interview with Mwachumbe and Mwakideu, Ringtone shared how he moved to Mombasa looking for ‘Sponsors’ to establish himself.
He narrated to Mwachumbe and Mwakideu that he was not just looking for ‘sponsors’ but a white ‘sponsor.’
Additionally, the singer went on to narrate how he went directly asking which beach had the most white foreign vacationers in Mombasa.
However, being his first time in Mombasa, he had high hopes of meeting a white ‘sponsor’ in need of Tender love and affection.
Nevertheless, to his shock, Ringtone narrates that he spent the entire day at Pirates Beach in Mombasa without finding a suitor.
Nonetheless, the singer explained that he asked around for hotels where he could meet up with white foreign vacationers with the hope of wooing at least one.
Unfortunately for him, he did not find any white ‘sponsors’ instead he found someone willing to take him back to school.
Ringtone’s living situation
In the interview on Breakfast47, the gospel artist narrated all the places he has lived while on his rise to superstardom.
Ringstone also shared that he did not do it all on his own rather he got help well well-known gospel artists in Kenya.
Among these artists are veteran gospel brothers Rufftone and Daddy Owen who took him in when he came back to Nairobi from Mombasa.
He shared that he later left to further establish himself and do better for himself.
Consequently, among the places he had lived include, Kayole, Komarock, Komarock Phase Two, and Thika Road just to name a few.
