Ruto, Gachagua score D in latest Infotrak report

President William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua scored a D plain in a latest Infotrak report.

In a report released on Monday June 10, 2024, President Ruto scored a D plain of 46% while Gachagua scored 42 % (D plain).

The two leaders were rated based on their success in improving how things are done in their offices, how they address issues affecting Kenyans, ability to deliver on the assigned tasks and how they communicate to Kenyans.

At the same time, the opposition scored a D plain of 47%, the Judiciary had a D of 46%, both Senate and National Assembly scored 42%.

Meanwhile, Interior cabinet secretary Kithure Kindiki emerged as the best performing CS with a B plain of 61% while Agriculture CS Mithika Linturi was ranked worst performing CS with an E of 39%.

This was after Infotrak conducted a survey from 23rd to 29th May 2024.

“The survey achieved a sample of 1700 respondents to represent the universe of adult Kenyans aged 18 years and above, at the time of the survey,” Infotrak noted in a statement. 

The survey covered all the 47 counties, and 8 regions. To ensure national representativeness, the distribution of the survey sample across the regions was proportionally allocated.
