Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has lauded President William Ruto and Azimio Leader Raila Odinga’s move put their differences aside and work together.
Speaking in Toi Market where he had visited the traders after last week inferno, Governor Sakaja reiterated that the move by the duo is meant to include everyone in the Government.
“Seeing Baba [Raila Odinga] with our President is the best move for our country. It is for the betterment of everyone.”
The Governor further lauded the inclusion of other members away from UDA in the Cabinet saying now all regions are included.
“Now we have Oparanya, Mbadi, Joho in cabinet among others, we expect them to deliver diligently for Kenyans,” he said.
The Governor has over the two years of his tenure been able to work with MCAs from the minority side (his UDA Party) and managed to pass crucial bills by the help of the majority (Azimio).
