The much-anticipated Kenyan concert of Jamaican Dancehall Artist Chinsea Linda Lee, popularly known as Shenseea has been scheduled for a later date in October.
“We are deeply sorry that after long consultations between our team and Shenseea management team, we have made a decision to postpone the festival scheduled to happen on 26th August at Uhuru Gardens. This decision has not been easy on both parties.”
Further stating,” We acknowledge the disappointment you may feel, especially those who had locked in the date. However, we seek your patience and understanding during this time as we shall bounce you back to a thriving and vibrant experience soon.”
“We shall keep you posted on all the latest developments and any details regarding the festival as well as the new date. Your support means everything to us hence we want to ensure that you are fully informed.”
The Sababisha Festival promoters went on to share their deepest regret and ended with a heartfelt apology to their esteemed fans, “We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but we assure you of our commitment to make the concert an incredible success,’’ ended part of the press release.
Fans who were deeply worried and in a panic mode were assured that tickets purchased for the concert are still valid.
Shenseea gained worldwide attention after she was featured on songs by Vbyz Kartel, Sean Paul, and Christina Aguilera.
