A mother and grandmother are raising a loud and urgent call to action.

Pleading with the government to swiftly step in and secure the release of two young minors from the clutches of police custody.

The two innocent souls, a class 8 candidate, and his sibling, a grade 4 pupil, have found themselves caught in a nightmarish ordeal.

It began when their own father allegedly unleashed a storm of violence.

Siblings detained

Further, he unleashed violence upon them within the very walls of their school.

But the horrors didn’t end there; the father proceeded to report these young souls to the authorities.

He claimed they harbored murderous intentions towards him and another woman residing in his household.

It’s important to note that these boys have been living under the care of their devoted grandmother ever since their parents parted ways.

This makes the siblings plea for justice all the more poignant and pressing.

The distressed mother, grandmother, and respected village elder all rally to the children’s defense.

They adamantly assert that the youngsters have remained untainted by any records of misconduct or disobedience.

Grandmother’s plea

The grandmother, with a tremor in her voice, reveals the horrifying ordeal inflicted upon her grandsons.

They were beaten in school by their own father and then unceremoniously frog-marched to the gloomy confines of Temoyota police station.

The village elder doesn’t mince words, accusing the police of unjustly holding these innocent siblings.

Locking them away alongside much older inmates, and he vehemently demands their immediate release.

According to the women, this is a plea for justice, a plea for the protection of the innocent.

A plea for the government to step in swiftly and set things right for these young souls who have been wronged in the most unimaginable way.
