Kenyan content creator Kennedy Kabugi has clarified misunderstandings surrounding his association with Sheryl Cherono Gabriella.
In a Q&A session on his Instagram stories, Kabugi clarified that they are simply colleagues who collaborate on couple content.

He reiterated his previous statement, saying, ‘siwezi kula stock’ (I cannot eat stock).
Kabugi refuted claims that he felt jealous when Sheryl introduced her boyfriend publicly during her birthday celebration.
He firmly stated, “I do not have a crush on my mama Seba.”
Instead, Kabugi took the opportunity to express his admiration for Sheryl’s dedication to her various roles as an actress, singer, and journalist.
He emphasized that she embodies hard work and suggested that many creatives likely admire her for these qualities.

“He is an actress, singer, journalist, and still does all that unshaken. She is a perfect description of ‘Bidii’ (hard work). Why wouldn’t you wish to do all that as a creative? Most creatives must be having a crush on her as well,” Kabugi remarked.
Kabugi and Sheryl’s Relationship
A couple of weeks ago, Sheryl and Kabugi tackled rumors circulating about their relationship.
Despite their fans being convinced of their romantic connection due to their on-screen chemistry, the duo clarified in a video shared on their YouTube channel that they have never been a couple or dated.
They explained that their convincing portrayal of characters might have led people to speculate, but in reality, there is no romantic involvement between them.
Kabugi denied claims that he had broken up with Sheryl and thats why he came out to clarify about their relationship.
“Mi husema usiwahi kula stock, mi pia ni stock yake in a way. The moment umeanza kukula vitu kwa duka utakuwa unajimess utapata unaenda losses na hurealize. By default tumekuwa tunasee each other as partners, as you all though. Vile watu wanasema ati tulikosana tukajificha, wasee hawakosanagi halafu wakaendelea kuwork pamoja so tuliwaambia kitu ilikuwa” Kabugi said.
