Shauri Moyo United had earlier impressed by pushing defending champions Githurai All Stars to the limit in the Nairobi East Finals on Wednesday, setting the stage for a competitive third-place playoff. In the girls’ category, Nairobi Starlets from Kangemi, Westlands Sub-County, dominated Soweto Starlets from Kayole, Embakasi Central, with a resounding 6-0 victory. The one-sided match highlighted Nairobi Starlets’ prowess and determination to leave their mark on the tournament.
