The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) joined in the banter with a post that has since attracted a lot of attention.
"Arsenal inawezapea mtu heart attack bure!" the investigative agency wrote on social media, minutes after the final whistle.
Chief Assistant Secretary Millicent Omanga, a Man United fan, said, "Alaaaaaa kwani mlihama Manchester United?"
"Darkness comes before the light. I still believe we shall win the EPL. Keep it up boys," media personality Joshua Arap Sang opined.
"Wachana na mpira ya wazungu," Kenyan football club Gor Mahia FC weighed in.
Another social media user, Eric, said, "This is very unprofessional. Admin use your individual account for such nonsense. Stay professional. Delete this crap."
The investigative agency put up a defend against critics arguing that football was a profession just like any other.
"Football is a profession like any other please upgrade," DCI added.

Arsenal's manager Mikel Arteta still believes his young side can hold Manchester City at bay.
"I cannot wait, these are the games you want to play. When everything is at stake you have to go there to win.
"It is the beauty of this sport, you want to be in these positions. We will have an incredible trip to Manchester and we will prepare really well," Arteta said.
