State publishes names of Kenyans who are yet to collect their ready passports: Find out here…

The Directorate of Immigration Services (DIS) now says that there are 110,059 passports that lie uncollected in its offices.

These passports are in the department’s offices as follows; Nairobi (55,504), Kisumu (11,707), Embu (10,816), Mombasa (8,696), Nakuru (8,615) and Eldoret (8,551).

Other passports that have not been collected are in Kisii (5,719), Kericho (389) and Bungoma (62).

In a statement, Immigration and Citizen Services Principal Secretary Julius Bitok says uncollected passports will be disposed after six months “to free up limited storage space.”

“To ease passport delivery, the DIS has suspended the requirement for applicants to book an appointment to collect their passports,” PS Bitok says.

The department has gone further to publish names of Kenyans who have not collected their passports across its offices in the country.

“Applicants whose names appear in the links below are therefore advised to collect their passports at the station where they submitted their application,” the PS urges.
