A 50-hour hand washing marathon, aiming to etch her name in the Guinness World Records.
The ambitious student informed the GWR of her intentions in June 2023.
She was granted the opportunity to make her attempt on November 24.

However, the endeavour took an unexpected turn.
At one point Enitan Subair had to be rushed to the hospital due to a health scare at some point during the wash-a-thon.
Despite the challenges, Enitan exhibited exceptional determination and surpassed her initial goal.
Concluding the marathon after an impressive 58 hours of continuous handwashing.

Enitan initiated the hand wash-a-thon on November 24, 2023.
Against all odds, persisted for 58 hours, exceeding her initial plan of 50 hours.

Throughout this remarkable journey, she found herself surrounded by an enthusiastic crowd of thousands of fellow students who rallied in support.
Overwhelming support
Various university officials and student artists paid solidarity visits to the task pavilion.
Contributing to the buoyant atmosphere and boosting Enitan’s morale.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of OAU, Professor Yomi Daramola, personally visited her as she completed the Guinness World Record.
Amidst cheers and encouragement, Enitan successfully wrapped up the challenging 58-hour ordeal around midnight on Monday.
The Faculty of Arts Students Association (FASA), OAU, issued a congratulatory message.
Urging students to come together to celebrate her extraordinary achievement.
“This could pave the way for her to break the record for the longest individual handwashing session.”
