In this video we will be discussing about land economic.
Land economic can be defined as use of micro and macroeconomics to analyze land-use problems or the study of relationship between man and land.
Land economics entails fusion of law, economics, and geography amongst other disciplines to make real property decisions. These are:
1. Access to land rights
2. Management and use of land and landed resources
3. Valuation and appraisal of land
4. Disposition of property interests
This topic is part of the unit BEG 3134 INTRO TO LAND ECONOMICS in the Mount Kenya University School of engineering, energy and the build environment. Our facilitator is lecturer Godfrey Linguli.
