Kenyan freedom fighter Mukami Kimathi was laid to rest on Saturday, May 13 at her home in Njabini, Nyandarua County.
National leaders including President William Ruto, DP Rigathi Gachagua and Raila Odinga were in attendance.
The President promised to lead the search for the remains of freedom fighter Dedan Kimathi who is believed to have been buried in Kamiti Maximum Prison.
