ON THE night that Kabete MP George Muchai was shot dead at the junction of Uhuru Highway and Kenyatta Avenue, a taxi driver was hired by four men to drive them to Kikuyu town.
They were carrying one large gun and several bags. “Hapo umeona kama kuna mtu amebaki?” he overheard one of them asking.
