At the crack of dawn, homesteads in Kenya with school-going children are abuzz with activity. In urban areas and villages, children arise early for their journey to school. The journey may entail walking, traveling by public means, or- to the privileged few- a school bus.

In this edition of ‘Dangerous Ways To School’, TV47 Education Editor Sharon Barang’a visits the vast Kajiado County to bring you stories of children who encounter hyenas, lions, elephants, and marauding criminals from across the borders on their journey to and from school.
