Former President Uhuru Kenyatta was among the distinguished guests who gathered on December 27 to celebrate the wedding of Wendy Matiang’i,

Daughter of former Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i, and her husband Franklin.

The intimate ceremony, held at a private venue in Nairobi, brought together political leaders, family, and close friends to witness the couple’s union.

Nyamira Governor Amos Nyaribo and veteran politician Sam Ongeri were also present, adding to the event’s significance.

In his address to the newlyweds, Kenyatta delivered warm and heartfelt wishes, emphasizing the beauty and responsibility of marriage.
