President-elect Donald Trump unveils historic landmark winning of the US presidential race for a second term and introducing the first Indian American second lady, Usha Vance.

The red-wave Republican win has broken records never seen before with second lady to be Usha Vance as one of the many ceilings broken.

Usha, the daughter of Indian immigrants, will also be the first Hindu to hold this position in America’s history.

JD Vance expressed his profound gratitude to his wife, stating, “THANK YOU! To my beautiful wife for making it possible to do this.”

Who is Usha Vance?

Born Usha Bala Chilukuri to immigrant parents Usha was raised in the suburbs of San Diego, California.

Usha Vance has been married to her husband JD Vance since 2014, and the couple has three children: two boys, Vivek and Ewan, and a daughter, Mirabel.

Usha and JD met as students at Yale Law School in 2013, when they joined a discussion group on “social decline in white America”, as put by the New York Times.

Mrs Vance earned degrees; a BA in history from Yale and an MPhil in early modern history from the University of Cambridge.

Additionally, Mrs. Vance also had her clerkships with U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his time on the D.C. Circuit Court before being nominated and approved as a Supreme Court Justice.

Indian Ancentral home celebrates

Upon Donald Trump’s sweeping red wave victory on a campaign to Make America Great Again (MAGA), celebration erupted in Vadluru, Andhra, Usha Vance’s ancestral home in India.

“After winning, if she takes a long tour, India tour, her places, then if it is possible for us to meet, that is all, that is all we will seek”, stated Shanthamma Chilukuri, Great Aunt of Usha Vance.

Residents from Usha’s ancestral home hope for better India-USA relations as President Trump unveils his historic American agenda.

Terrorism being a key concern for India, analysts speculate that it could be a discussion point in future Indian-American diplomatic talks.

Usha has been at the frontline with JD having taken time off from corporate America to help JD on the Trump Vance campaign trail.

In her words “ I believe in JD, and I really love him, and so we’ll just sort of see what happens with our life.” stated Usha.

All eyes are on the Vance family and most importantly the Trump family as the two rewrite history, charting a new path for America.
