Vanessa Mdee and her fiancé Rotimi are embarking on a family holiday to celebrate a significant milestone as their first-born son, Seven, turns two years old.

Vanessa Mdee expressed her joy and anticipation as her baby boy marked another year of growth.

“Here’s to making memories,” Vanessa captioned a video at the airport on September 26, capturing their excitement as they prepared to board a flight.

She also treated her followers to a glimpse of their six-month-old daughter. In another video, Rotimi can be seen enjoying the pool with their daughter, Imani Enioluwa.

This heartwarming moment with Imani deeply touched Vanessa, prompting her to add heart emojis to convey her love for witnessing Rotimi’s exceptional fatherhood.

The Power actor and the Tanzanian singer welcomed their son, Seven Adeoluwa Akinosho, in 2021.

The couple shared an intimate photo of their newborn’s hand on their social media accounts, accompanied by the announcement of his name, crowned with dove emojis in the caption.

Rotimi also shared the joyful news on his Instagram Story, expressing how blessed he felt.

Vanessa Mdee and Rotimi exclusively revealed their pregnancy to PEOPLE magazine, stating, “We are super excited to welcome our son. As first-time parents, everything about this experience has been a brand-new challenge. We love it.”

They also shared their visions of parenting. Rotimi described Vanessa as a “very passionate, loving, and protective mom,” .

Consequently, Vanessa praised Rotimi as “definitely going to be the cool, calm, collected, and fun dad who’s also a great communicative disciplinarian.”

The couple got engaged in December 2020 in Atlanta, where they first crossed paths at an Essence Festival afterparty.
