Wabwire and Ooro to Captain the Kenya Morans at the African Games

George Ooro and Floyd Wabwire captain the Kenya Morans squad that will do duty at the rugby sevens competition from 18-21 March this year during the African Games in Accra, Ghana.

Ooro is one of players alongside Dennis Abukuse, Ben Salem, Elvis Olukusi and Chrisant Ojwang who featured for Shujaa who finished third at the second round of the HSBC Sevens Challenger Series in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Shujaa assistant coach Louis Kisia will handle the side with Philip Wamae serving as team manager.

Others making the cut for Accra are Cornelius Mokoro, Steve Sikuta, Austin Sikutwa, Brian Mutugi, Brian Mutua and William Mwanji.

The tournament boasts a lineup including Uganda, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Madagascar, Nigeria, Tunisia, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone, Libya, Niger, Benin, and Togo.
