In a twist of events, a white lady who gave birth to a seemingly African baby has insisted that the father of her baby is her white boyfriend.
Rachel welcomed her baby, Money Jamal Buckman, but the joy of her birth was cut short by glaring inconsistencies her baby was born with.
The joyous announcement of Money’s birth drew attention for an unexpected reason: Rachel and her partner, Paul Buckman, are both white, while Money appears to be of African descent.
Rachel’s closely knit work relationship shared their support for her bundle of joy by posting a family photo of Rachel, Paul, and Baby Money on Facebook which invited the larger public to speculate.

Is Baby Money Black?
The post quickly attracted comments questioning Money’s paternity, with some speculating that Paul might not be the biological father.
In response to the speculation, an update was posted sharing “Yes, Paul is the father. Rachel has African American DNA, which can skip generations and result in a child being born with darker skin.“
Additionally, the update also mentioned the possibility of Rachel’s child having jaundice, a common condition in newborns.
Despite the clarification, online chatter still went on about how the differences between the father and the son were too glaring to ignore.

DNA confirms real father father
After mounting pressure and speculation on what could be going on, Rachel decided to conduct a DNA test to prove that her white boyfriend was the father of her African son.
Following the child’s growth over the past couple of months, most people speculated that it was obvious that Baby Money had an African paternity and not a white one as the mother claimed.
In a confirmation of the rumors, DNA results confirmed that Rachel’s white boyfriend was not the biological father to Baby Money.
However, Rachel insisted that she was faithful to her boyfriend and that he was the man who fathered her baby despite what the DNA results revealed.

I gave birth to an African baby because of COVID-19
In a twist of explanation, Rachel revealed that her ex-boyfriend was black and that since she was vaccinated for covid 19, his genes remained dormant.
According to her explanation, her ex-boyfriend’s genes remained inside her body dormant and something must have reactivated them resulting in the birth of Baby Money.
Rachel insists she was faithful to Paul and claims her son was conceived with her ex-boyfriend in 2021. She stated that his DNA must have remained dormant until she caught COVID-19 in 2023 and the DNA released itself causing her to become pregnant.
However, Paul has decided to stay with Rachel and raise Baby Money as his child. He said this news will only make them stronger as a family as they seek to move on from the issue.
