Police in Nairobi have launched investigations after a woman was found dead at City Park, Parklands.
The woman, who has since been identified as 35-year-old Rosemary Shikoku, was found dead on Sunday, March 3.
On the fateful day, a man who was spending time at the park spotted the body, tied up with a rope, and reported to the police.
As reported by The Star, the woman had visible injuries on her face.

She was identified because police found a handbag beside the body, which they suspected it belonged to the deceased.
The contents of the bag were an identification waiting card and a police abstract issued at Kamukunji Police Station.
Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei told The Star that they suspect the woman was killed elsewhere and the body ferried to the location.
The motive of the murder is yet to be known, with no arrests made so far.
