“You Were My Everything”- Francis Ng’ang’a pens heartfelt tribute to late wife Lucy Ng’ang’a

Businessman Francis Ng’ang’a is set to lay his beloved wife, Lucy Wambui Ng’ang’a, to rest at their family farm in Red Hill, Limuru.

Ahead of the burial, Lucy’s family shared heartfelt tributes, with Francis expressing his deep sorrow and reminiscing about the cherished moments they shared since their union.

Lucy and Francis tied the knot in 2003, and over the past 24 years, their love blossomed alongside their family, which includes two children.

In a moving tribute, Francis Ng’ang’a reflected on their journey together: “As I stand here mourning my dear wife of 24 years, Wambui, I will miss you dearly. It’s remarkable how swiftly the years flew by. You were my everything—my partner in business and in life.

Adding, “We grew together from just the two of us into a family blessed with our four lovely children. Look at our business today; we built it together. Thank you for being the incredible person you were.”

Ng’ang’a described Lucy as a generous soul who dedicated her time to charity, helping those in need and supporting education for underprivileged children.

“You cared for me, the kids, and everyone around us. You always made sure everyone was okay. Your involvement in various charities and your kindness will never be forgotten. I treasure the memories we created, from local adventures to international travels with our children, blending fun and business.

“You were the foundation of our home, and we will miss you immensely. Rest with the angels, and may perpetual light shine upon your soul. Until we meet again, I’ll be saying, ‘Wambui in the house.”

A candlelit vigil was held in her honor, attended by family, friends, and business associates.

Lucy Wambui Ng’ang’a will be laid to rest on Tuesday, November 5, at her family farm in Red Hill, Limuru.
