The Madaraka Day celebrations in Bungoma County are in full swing and progressing seamlessly, according to Interior Principal Secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo.

At Masinde Muliro Stadium, the epicenter of the celebrations, Dr. Omollo confirmed that the construction of the main stage is almost complete, with contractors working tirelessly to ensure it meets deadlines.

During the rainy season, Dr. Omollo assured that appropriate measures are in place to prepare the stadium for the celebrations, created by Bungoma County Governor Ken Lusaka.

Citizens are urged to participate in these historic celebration which are set to take place in Bungoma.
